Merlino Oil
""Merlino" PDO Monte Etna Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from "Nocellara Etnea" olives (for about 70%) with the addition of "Brandofino" olives (for about 30%).
Depending on the vintage, the oil has a medium to light intensity of green olive fruitiness, accompanied by notes of tomato, artichoke, almond and florals"
